Description

The Emory University Department of Pediatrics, Division of Neonatology, in collaboration with Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta, is seeking a clinical neonatologist to join our faculty. The faculty member will contribute to the clinical, research, and teaching missions of the Division of Neonatology and Childrens Healthcare of Atlanta with clinical coverage in the NICU and participation in student, resident, and fellow education. Qualified candidates must have an MD, MD/PhD, or equivalent and be board-certified or eligible in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine. Salary and professional level will be commensurate with experience. Candidates should have a record of academic achievement and work collaboratively.

The Division of Neonatology comprises over 75 faculty, nurse practitioners, fellows, and staff, providing outstanding care at three hospitals: Grady Memorial, Emory Midtown, and Arthur M. Blank Childrens Hospital. Our facilities handle over 9,000 deliveries, 1,500 ICU admissions, and 1,200 outpatient high-risk follow-ups annually. Our division emphasizes education and research, mentoring trainees and advancing knowledge to improve patient care.

Employment will be through the Emory + Childrens Pediatric Institute, with a faculty appointment in Emory University School of Medicine, Department of Pediatrics. This partnership enhances our clinical, research, and educational missions, fostering leadership and excellence in pediatrics.
