Demand Planner

Summary:

The Demand Planner manages a company's production schedule planning. Their main duties include building an executable production plan, managing all inbound and outbound orders and raw materials, and coordinating all BP events.

Duties:

· Manage all BP events (map, monitor, and close)

· Build an executable production schedule based on the current demand, product flow, and staffing availability

· Manage all inbound and outbound orders

· Report production daily

· Manage all raw materials (ordering, receiving, inventory)

· Daily and Weekly Fill Rate Risk Reports

· Responding to customer inquiries

· Assist with inventory cycle counts as needed

· Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets required standards

Requirements:

· Must be eighteen (18) years of age or older

· Must be able to perform any physically exerting aspects of the position in a non-temperature-controlled warehouse environment, meaning the indoor temperature fluctuates throughout each season

· Great Attendance with the ability to work a flexible schedule (some overtime, some weekends, some work from home)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs

· Internet experience and email etiquette

· Effective communication, including written, verbal, and interpersonal

· Organized

· Accurate

· Analytical problem-solving skills

· Ability to multi-task (must be able to handle multiple projects at a time)

· Self-manageable

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

· Familiarity with related inventory management system (ICS, Nulogy, SAP, etc.)

· A Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or other Warehouse-related field

· Previous experience in an administrative warehouse role

Shift: Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm *Overtime is required when needed based on the scope of the business*

Salary: $29,000 - $46,000 per year
