Compensation: $40,000 - $85,000+ Annually (Based on Experience, Sales Performance, OEM Knowledge, and Dealership Compensation Plans)

We are actively seeking experienced Automotive Parts Counter Professionals for current and future dealership opportunities. Whether you're supporting technicians at a busy service department, assisting retail customers, or working wholesale accounts, we'd like to connect with you.

Responsibilities

• Assist technicians, service advisors, and customers with parts identification and ordering.
• Accurately look up parts using manufacturer catalogs and dealership systems.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and proper stocking procedures.
• Process parts orders, returns, and warranty transactions.
• Support retail, wholesale, and internal service department customers.
• Ensure timely delivery of parts to technicians and service personnel.
• Maintain organized inventory and work areas.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and dealership personnel.
• Meet department performance and customer satisfaction expectations.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive parts experience preferred.
• Dealership parts department experience highly valued.
• Knowledge of automotive systems, components, and manufacturer parts catalogs.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with dealership management systems such as CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, Tekion, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Preferred Experience

Experience with domestic, import, luxury, hybrid, diesel, and EV brands is welcomed.
