Responsibilities
- Provide perioperative nursing care for adult patients undergoing surgical procedures in the operating room
- Assist the surgical team as circulator or scrub, maintaining sterile technique and equipment readiness
- Monitor patient status intraoperatively, including vitals and anesthesia-related observations; respond to changes as needed
- Prepare and position patients, manage specimens, equipment, and supplies; ensure patient safety and comfort
- Document intraoperative events and participate in accurate handoffs to the post-anesthesia care team
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR staff to support efficient case flow and adherence to safety protocols

Requirements
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Level 1 trauma experience
- Strong OR nursing skills with the ability to work in a high-acuity surgical environment
- Burn care experience preferred
- Availability for day shift with call, weekends, and holidays as outlined in the assignment details
- Ability to work in a hospital operating room setting in Atlanta, GA
