What You’ll Do

As the Hardscape Lead Installer, you’ll play a key role in transforming outdoor spaces. Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading and managing a team to complete hardscape installation projects.

- Interpreting project plans and ensuring proper implementation of designs.

- Installing a variety of hardscape features, such as patios, walkways, retaining walls, and more.

- Operating and maintaining tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

- Ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.

- Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth project execution.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a skilled professional who meets the following qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years of experience in hardscape installation.

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

- Strong knowledge of hardscape materials, techniques, and equipment.

- Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.

- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.

- A positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
