This role offers critical support to families while ensuring a safe and structured environment for clients.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide supervision and companionship in home or community settingsAssist with activities of daily living (ADLs)Support recreational, social, and life-skill activitiesProvide overnight monitoring (awake or sleeping shifts), including safety checksFollow care plans and behavioral support strategiesEnsure client safety at all timesComplete documentation accurately and promptlyQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredCompassionate, patient, and dependableAbility to work independently, including overnight shiftsPass background check and drug screeningValid driver's license and reliable transportationCPR/First Aid (or willing to obtain quickly)Preferred ExperienceDevelopmental disabilities and/or autism supportBehavioral support/de-escalationCOMP Waiver experiencePrevious caregiver or DSP experienceScheduleDay, evening, weekend shiftsOvernight (awake & sleep shifts available)Part-time and PRN opportunities????
