Repair Tech
As a Repair Technician for Cennox, you will be responsible for the diagnosis, repair, testing, and refurbishment of ATMs, Smartsafes, and their components . This role includes both remanufacturing and bench repair work , requiring hands-on technical ability, attention to detail, and strong problem‑solving skills. Preferred experience includes working with electro‑mechanical systems and, for ATM-focused tasks, familiarity with platforms such as NCR, Wincor, Fujitsu, and Diebold .
Skills and Requirements:
- Diagnose issues and perform technical repairs on ATMs, Smartsafes, and related components.
- Complete refurbishment, testing, and quality assurance processes.
- Utilize various tools and electronic diagnostic equipment to troubleshoot and repair electro‑mechanical systems.
- Read and interpret written technical documents, manuals, and schematics.
- Maintain organized workflows, parts, and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, co‑workers, customers, and office staff.
- Ability to lift and move 50 or more pounds
- Ability to climb, bend, stoop, and reach freely
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Must have good hand/eye coordination
- Vision correctable to 20/20
- Finger dexterity for use of applicable tools
