**What You'll Do:**
+ Greet visitors, employees, and/or customers in a professional manner at the front desk of the location.
+ Monitor access control to the premises, verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site-specific policies.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal procedures and site-specific guidelines.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate logs or reports of daily activities, observations, and/or any security-related incidents.
+ Communicate and collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters or concerns.
+ Assist with emergency response activities as outlined by site-specific procedures and Allied Universal protocols.
+ Provide excellent customer service while carrying out security-related procedures and policies at the location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
