Ideal Candidate:

You are:

• A licensed Dental Hygienist in Georgia (or eligible to obtain).
• Clinically strong, empathetic, and efficient in managing a busy schedule.
• Comfortable with perio procedures, patient education, and working with a variety of patient needs — including emergency and restorative cases.
• Motivated to grow clinically and financially, thriving in a high-volume environment.
• A clear communicator who builds trust quickly with patients in urgent situations.

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver comprehensive, gentle, and efficient hygiene care — including perio treatments, maintenance, and patient education.
• Build trust and educate patients who often present with urgent or long-standing issues.
• Collaborate closely with the dentist and clinical team to deliver seamless, efficient care.
• Contribute to the growth and patient experience of a rapidly expanding emergency-focused dental practice.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $45/hr or 30% of Collections (Whichever is Higher) — with no cap on your earnings.
