Position: Sit-Down Forklift Operator (Receiving)

Location: Norcross, GA
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Sit-Down Forklift Operator for a client in Norcross, GA to support daily receiving and inventory operations. This role partners with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure accurate unloading, material handling, and system-based inventory tracking in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Operate Crown sit-down forklift safely and efficiently for receiving and material movement

• Unload and verify incoming shipments with a high level of accuracy

• Break down and sort skids and pallets for proper storage

• Utilize RF scanners to track and manage inventory

• Perform receiving and inventory transactions within AS400 system

• Maintain organization of warehouse inventory and storage areas

• Support overall warehouse operations as needed

Must Haves:

• Strong receiving experience

• Experience operating a Crown sit-down forklift

• Experience using AS400 and RF scanning systems

• Plywood handling experience

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to lift and move materials as needed

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in high-volume warehouse or distribution environments

• Strong inventory control and receiving accuracy

• Ability to work independently and maintain productivity in a fast-paced setting
