Recruiter

We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Full-Cycle Recruiter to manage the talent acquisition pipeline for our client's manufacturing facility in Lawrenceville. In this role, you will own the entire front-end recruitment process—from initial sourcing and talent mapping to final interview coordination and offer delivery for a growing company! This is a temporary position working 100% on site (no remote), Monday-Friday, from 8-5. Apply today!

Note: This position focuses strictly on the sourcing, vetting, and selection stages. Post-offer onboarding processes (such as background checks, drug screenings, and I-9 verification) are handled by a separate HR operations team.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Proactively source active and passive candidates for corporate roles and roles using job boards, social media, local networking, and community partnerships.

• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial phone screens to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and alignment with safety-first manufacturing environments.

• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate closely with plant managers and supervisors to understand specific department needs, shift constraints, and skill gaps.

• Candidate Management: Coordinate and schedule multi-stage interviews, act as the primary point of contact for candidates, and ensure an excellent candidate experience.

• Offer Management: Extend verbal and written job offers, negotiating compensation details within approved budgetary guidelines.

• Data Tracking: Maintain accurate and compliant records within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure seamless hand-off to the onboarding team.
