Key Responsibilities of the RN - MedSurg/Tele
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with acute or chronic diseases
- Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms for telemetry patients
- Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team
- Manage patient discharge planning and education
- Administer and titrate medication drips as required
Requirements of the RN - MedSurg/Tele
- BLS certification required
- ACLS certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years Med/Tele RN experience
- Competency in trach care, IV maintenance, and cardiac rhythm monitoring
