Steady, year-round work!

$60,000 - $70,000 yearly

• Understand and employ electrical schematics, diagrams, blueprints, and wiring diagrams
• Certify newly installed components properly function
• Execute maintenance and installation of HVAC equipment for homes and offices
• Enter completed projects and the parts used into the database
• Fulfill preventative maintenance and warranty services for customers

What You’ll Do:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential and multi-family HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system inspections
• Identify system issues and recommend appropriate repair or replacement options
• Clearly explain findings, repair needs, and solutions in a professional and approachable manner
• Complete work orders accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all safety standards, company procedures, and local codes
• Work independently while also collaborating with the maintenance and management team

• We require candidates have a high school diploma or GED
• Applicant must have required local and state HVAC tech licenses
• Candidate must have EPA 608 refrigerant recovery certificate
• Able to communicate clearly and effectively, and an exceptional problem-solver
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or 100 lbs with aid

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Experience with residential and/or multi-family HVAC systems
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• EPA Certification (required)
• HVAC Certificate (required)
• Certification or an associate’s degree from an HVAC program at a technical school, or 2+ years of experience in the field as an HVAC helper or equivalent
