You’ll be an essential part of our crew, supporting residential and commercial plumbing tasks. Learn from experienced professionals as you help repair, install, and maintain plumbing systems, from traditional fixtures to smart leak detection and tankless water heaters. This role also involves connecting gas lines to outdoor appliances and pool heaters, along with keeping track of detailed reports.

Job Description: As a Plumber for Upshaw Plumbing, you will be an integral part of our team, assisting in various plumbing tasks both in residential and commercial settings. Your responsibilities include:

• Repairing, replacing, and maintaining plumbing fixtures and equipment;
• Installing plumbing systems in new and remodeled properties;
• Setting up traditional and tankless water heaters;
• Assist in installing smart leak detection and tankless App devices;
• Connecting gas lines to pool heaters and outdoor appliances; and
• Keeping detailed reports of work done and tracking results.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• Education: High School Diploma. 2 years experience as a plumber, preferred.
• Mindset: A desire to learn, serve others, grow and willingness to follow the Upshaw Plumbing service process training
• Skills: Punctuality, efficiency, common sense, manual dexterity and technical aptitude
• Core Competencies: A team player with problem-solving skills and a positive attitude
• Communication: Excellent customer service skills and oral and written communication skills.
