The Receptionist will be responsible for welcoming guests, managing incoming communications, and ensuring a professional and organized front desk environment. Responsibilities * Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional manner * Answer and direct incoming phone calls and inquiries * Manage front desk operations, including scheduling and visitor check-in * Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area * Receive, sort, and distribute mail and deliveries Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required * Previous receptionist or customer service experience is a plus * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with guests What We Offer * Competitive weekly pay * Training provided * Opportunities for growth within the company * Supportive and team-oriented environment * Stable, full-time schedule
