As an essential member of our team, you will use your strong communication and empathy skills to effectively close new leads on choosing Hecht Family Law for their family law case, as well as follow up with existing leads who are not ready to hire the firm when you first speak with them.

$80,000 - $120,000+ yearly

• Lead initial consultations with potential clients to understand their needs and provide guidance (non-attorney role).
• Establish trust and build meaningful connections over the phone to empower leads to make confident decisions.
• Leverage your sales acumen to assist potential clients in choosing Hecht Family Law as their trusted legal partner.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated success in selling professional services directly to consumers; proven experience in consumer sales.
• Proven ability to close sales effectively and consistently exceed targets.
• Highly energetic, self-driven, and motivated to achieve results.
• Experience in customer-facing roles such as fitness, cell phone sales, automotive sales, or similar fields is a strong plus.
• Unwaveringly positive and driven attitude with a "can-do" mindset.
• Outstanding verbal communication skills, paired with genuine empathy, understanding, and interpersonal abilities to build rapport quickly.
