What You’ll Do: Deliver an exceptional customer experience from arrival to vehicle delivery Build trust and maintain proactive communication throughout the service process Identify opportunities and confidently recommend maintenance and repair services Drive service sales while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction Partner closely with technicians to ensure an efficient and seamless experience Resolve concerns professionally and create loyal, returning customers Maintain accurate repair orders and documentation
