Data Entry Clerk

Are you a detail-oriented professional with a high degree of accuracy and a drive to meet critical deadlines? Randstad is seeking a Data Entry Specialist to join our Lockbox Operations team.

In this fast-paced role, you will be responsible for the high-volume processing of financial transactions and customer data. You will utilize both full keyboard and numeric pad proficiency to ensure that every transaction is balanced and entered according to specific customer instructions. This position is essential for maintaining the integrity of our financial workflows and requires a "deadline-driven" mindset to ensure all tasks are completed within strict windows. If you excel in high-accuracy environments and enjoy working with a clear set of objectives, this is an excellent opportunity to grow within a structured, professional setting.

salary: $18.31 - $18.32 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Training is held only Mon – Fri 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM for 2 weeks, then candidate will report to home shift after training.
• Shift after training: Thursday – Sunday 7am-5:30pm (4 days x 10 hrs a day)
• Use full keyboard and numeric pad.
• Enter data based on customer instructions and screen prompts
• Acknowledge out of balance transactions
• Complete all tasks by customer’s specified deadlines.
• Communicate computer system problems
• Other assigned duties
