We’re seeking a Territory / Account Manager to lead business development and account retention efforts and serve as the primary point of contact for customers in your assigned territory. In this role, you’ll combine relationship-building, problem-solving, and sales skills to help organizations improve their facilities while growing your career with a successful, Atlanta-based company.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and grow a defined territory by building and expanding relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Identify opportunities, present solutions, and close sales to meet and exceed revenue goals.
  • Conduct site visits to assess facility needs and recommend tailored service solutions.
  • Network within the community and engage in prospecting activities, including cold calls and follow-ups.
  • Provide responsive customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Partner with internal teams to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing support.
  • Manage and increase the gross margin generated from your territory / account base.

  • Experience in customer-facing sales, account management, or business development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A results-driven mindset—comfortable asking for the business and closing deals.
  • Adaptability and persistence when overcoming challenges.
  • Ability (or willingness to learn) to evaluate facility conditions and recommend services.
  • High emotional intelligence and genuine interest in helping clients improve their operations.
  • Ambition to grow professionally within a dynamic, expanding company.
  • I high sense of urgency when responding to opportunities or challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to identify root cause of problems, identify alternatives to resolve them, and selecting the best resolution and putting into action.
