Strategy and Operations Lead, gTech Strategy and Operations
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.
- MBA or Master's degree in a related field (Business, Legal, Marketing, Finance, Technical).
- Experience with improving and scaling customer support through technology and operational initiatives.
- Experience with managing technology and analytics programs, particularly related to applications of AI.
- Experience implementing strategic and large-scale initiatives in a demanding, change-oriented, fast-paced environment that needs a high degree of deadline-driven productivity.
- Superb problem-solving skills with experience executing complex strategic and operational initiatives.
- High proficiency with structuring and conducting strategic analysis and messaging using spreadsheets and presentations.
- Structure and package your work into compelling presentations and communications that influence various audiences including senior executives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the business, supporting senior leaders on key strategic initiatives and building operational accuracy - helping chart out and fulfill big bets for the business in line with leadership’s strategic vision.
- Problem solve with senior leaders to deliver strategic insights and recommendations based on business analyses to drive projects and initiatives forward.
- Project manage major strategic initiatives across multiple gTech teams and proactively engage Google-wide stakeholders when needed (e.g., projects that cross Product, Sales, Marketing, and Policy).
- Launch and land organizational change management plans for mid- to long-term transformational initiatives.
