Line Lead – Warehouse Production
Urgently hiring!!!
We are currently seeking experienced Line Leads to oversee production lines within our warehouse facility. This position is responsible for ensuring efficient operations, maintaining quality standards, and leading a team to meet daily production goals.
Available Shifts
1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (may be required to stay until 5:00 PM as needed)
2nd Shift: 2:30 PM – 1:30 AM
Position Summary
The Line Lead will manage and oversee a production line consisting of 5–20 team members, depending on the product being run. This role requires hands-on experience operating filling and packaging equipment and the ability to maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards throughout the shift.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise a production line of 5–20 employees
Ensure the line operates efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Operate and troubleshoot filling and packaging machinery, including:
Fillers
Labelers
Cappers
Tape machines
Oversee and coordinate line changeovers to ensure timely and accurate transitions
Monitor workflow and address issues to minimize downtime
Train and support line operators as needed
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Qualifications
Prior experience as a Line Lead or similar supervisory role in a warehouse or production environment
Hands-on filling and packaging machine operation experience required
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of production safety and quality standards
