You'll contribute to driving cost reduction and performance improvement programs while integrating advanced technologies into maintenance environments. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, R&D, and maintenance planning), lead cross-functional initiatives, and much more."

Supporting the development of maintenance strategies aligned with organizational goals. ,
Identifying and implementing cost-saving opportunities in maintenance activities. ,
Monitoring and improving performance metrics within maintenance operations. ,
Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards."

Degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field. ,
Experience or understanding of maintenance planning, reliability engineering, or engineering management. ,
Knowledge of maintenance methodologies such as RCM (Reliability-Centered Maintenance), CBM (Condition-Based Maintenance), or Lean principles. ,
Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration and department-wide initiatives. ,
Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making. ,
Strong communication and leadership skills. ,
Familiarity with R&D processes and technology integration in maintenance environments. ,
Experience in driving cost reduction and performance improvement programs. ,
