Remote Travel Support Specialist
Job Description:
Join Xperience Xscape Travels as a Remote Travel Support Specialist and help clients plan personalized travel experiences from start to finish. This flexible remote role includes assisting with bookings, answering client questions, managing updates, and ensuring each trip is seamless. No prior travel experience is required — full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan vacations, cruises, group trips, and custom travel experiences
Provide accurate destination and travel information
Manage client communications and booking updates
Follow up post-trip to ensure client satisfaction
Qualifications / What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Passion for travel and helping clients create memorable experiences
