Roadway Design Project Manager
We are seeking a Roadway Design Project Manager to lead client relationships and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and interns. Our work environment fosters personal growth, innovation, and the ability to solve complex problems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead roadway design projects from concept through construction support
• Apply GDOT design standards and ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local requirements
• Coordinate cross-discipline design and QA/QC reviews
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation
• Support project development from marketing through closeout
• Collaborate with internal teams, subconsultants, GDOT, and local agencies
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to staff
• Communicate design solutions clearly, both written and verbal
• Represent the firm professionally with clients and partners
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
• Georgia PE registration required
• 6–10 years of roadway engineering experience
• Knowledge of GDOT, Green Book, MUTCD, FHWA standards
• Proficient in MS Office; MicroStation/Open Roads or AutoCAD
