About the Practice
Join a thriving, high-tech practice located in the heart of Athens, Georgia. This is a well-established office that combines a warm, family-oriented atmosphere with advanced clinical capabilities. This is an ideal environment for a dentist who wants to escape the saturation of the Atlanta market and build a long-term career in a vibrant, active community.

Details:

• Flexible scheduling. Full-Time, 4 days pe week preferred. Will consider Part-Time
• Modern Technology: CBCT (Cone Beam), iTero scanner, WaveOne Endo system, Nobel implant systems, and soft-tissue laser
• Patient Base: Busy, PPO and cash-based; averaging 40-60 new patients per month
• Support Staff: Stable team of hygienists and assistants in place
• Clinical Scope: Comprehensive GP dentistry including implant placement, molar endo, surgical extractions, and Invisalign

Compensation:

• 32%+ of Collections (based on experience). Initial Daily Guarantee
• No lab deductions

Ownership & Future:

• Partnership/Buyout: The owner is specifically seeking a successor. A path to partnership or a total buyout is available within 1–2 years
• Mentorship: The owner is willing to share business and clinical expertise during the transition period

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience is preferred; must be proficient in molar endodontics and surgical extractions
• Skills: Experience with or a strong interest in implant placement and Invisalign is highly desirable
• Characteristics: High-quality clinical standards, excellent communication skills, and a desire for long-term community involvement and ownership
