Administrative Support (Construction / Interior Architecture)Location: Alpharetta, GA 30022
Type: Contract / Temporary – Full Time
Duration: 4-5 months
Pay Rate: $20/hour Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and adaptable Administrative Support professional to join our team in a construction and interior architecture-focused environment. This role requires excellent organizational skills, a proactive approach to tasks, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, email management, scheduling, and document preparation Assist with reviewing and interpreting construction and interior space plans using AutoCAD Collaborate with team members to maintain organized project documentation and schedules Support project tracking, reporting, and communication with stakeholders Learn and adapt quickly to company processes and systems Qualifications: Prior administrative support experience, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook Familiarity with construction, architectural, or interior space planning environments Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD plans (basic CAD knowledge not sufficient) Preferred experience with Spec Source, CET, Cap2020, Revit, or SketchUp Entry-level friendly – open to recent graduates or candidates with up to 4 years of experience Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to undergo training Equal Opportunity Employer / Disabled / Protected Veterans The Know Your Rights poster is available here: The pay transparency policy is available here: For temporary assignments lasting 13 weeks or longer, AppleOne is pleased to offer major medical, dental, vision, 401k and any statutory sick pay where required.
