Technical Service Supervisor - TriPax
Our client is looking for their next After Sales and Service Supervisor. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in the diagnosing, troubleshooting and repair advice of Outdoor Power Equipment - both gas and battery powered.
Responsibilities:
- Experience working with:
- Gas-powered Outdoor Power Equipment
- Battery-powered Outdoor Power Equipment
- Troubleshooting, Repairing and Diagnosing OPE... often over the phone
- Optimizing processes and working with Customer Service Team to troubleshoot equipment as accelerated support
- Inventory of Repair Parts and Accessories... ordering and fulfillment
- Communicating with manufacturing to address product issues and defects.
- Bachelor's degree preferred... qualifying experience accepted as well
- 3+ years in After Sales Support or Technical Sales in OPE
- Ability to attend trade shows and other business functions as required.
