**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Monitor access to the building by greeting and directing visitors, verifying credentials, and maintaining visitor logs as required.
+ Assist with the implementation of site-specific policies and procedures to help to deter unwanted activity within the commercial real estate location.
+ Communicate and/or coordinate with building management, tenants, and Allied Universal personnel as needed to address concerns or report security-related incidents.
+ Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and provide information or assistance to building occupants and guests.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Customer service experience is preferred.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
+ Access control or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
