Position Highlights
Balanced Role: 80% clinical | 20% administrative
Leadership Impact: Collaborate directly with hospital leadership to standardize, elevate, and innovate ICU care delivery
Strategic Influence: Lead initiatives focused on quality improvement, patient safety, and operational excellence

Key Responsibilities
Oversee ICU clinical operations and physician scheduling
Drive quality metrics and patient safety initiatives
Develop and implement strategic growth plans for critical care services
Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture across multidisciplinary staff
Qualifications
Board Certified in Critical Care Medicine
Minimum of 3+ years of CCM experience
Demonstrated leadership or administrative experience preferred
