Why Work With Us? * Family-owned and operated * Competitive pay and benefits * Supportive, team-oriented culture * Paid training and career growth opportunities Compensation * $16.00 per hour * 40 hours per week * Paid bi-weekly Key Responsibilities * Greet and assist customers in the service lane * Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service bays, and parking areas * Provide car ride (shuttle) service for customers as needed * Operate the car wash and wash cars as needed, including filling in as car washer when required * Maintain a clean and safe shop environment, including picking up trash around the lot when necessary * Keep service drive and parking areas orderly * Sweep, shovel, or vacuum debris from work areas * Install protective covers (steering wheel, seat, and floor mats) in vehicles * Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record * Professional appearance and demeanor * Punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented * A team player with strong interpersonal and customer service skills * Ability to move and position body regularly while retrieving vehicles * Previous porter/driver experience is a plus but not required * Authorized to work in the U.S. Schedule * Full-time * 8-hour shift * In-person (Must reliably commute to Marietta, GA 30060) Ready to be part of a trusted dealership that values integrity and service excellence?Apply today and drive your career forward with Pugmire Lincoln of Marietta!
