Field Inspector - Augusta Area (1099 Independent Contractor)
We cover a lot of ground in eastern Georgia, and the Augusta area keeps generating steady inspection work that we need a dependable local to handle. If you're already driving around Richmond and Columbia counties, this puts that time to use and pays you for it.
Here's the job. You head to a property, take a few photos, note whether it looks occupied or vacant, and submit a short report from your phone. Most visits take ten to twenty minutes, and you choose the orders closest to you so you're not crossing the whole metro for one stop.
You're paid for every inspection you finish, sent by direct deposit. As a 1099 independent contractor you control your own hours and decide how much work you pick up, which makes this easy to run alongside whatever else you've got going.
You'll need a reliable vehicle, a valid license, and a smartphone, plus the dependability to meet deadlines and follow each client's instructions, including knocking to confirm occupancy when a job calls for it. A background check is required. No experience is needed, since we train you for free and get you onto Augusta's open orders right after.
