- 3+ years of experience in maintenance, diagnostics, or troubleshooting (mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or electrical preferred)
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- A passion for learning and growing in your trade
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A commitment to safety and doing the job right
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift 30 lbs.
