We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager who is dedicated to supporting both patients and team members. As a leader of one of our busiest practices, your compassion and leadership will make a meaningful impact on children, adults, and staff alike. Overseeing a state-of-the-art practice that serves a diverse patient base-from PPO to Medicaid-you will play a key role in driving both excellence and growth.
Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist the Office Manager with daily operations
- Ensure your office is prepared to treat all patients and specialties
- Work with patients, assisting with billing, and advising on insurance & treatment plans
Who we're looking for:
- An experienced Assistant Manager with at least one year of experience
- Healthcare experience is preferred
- You're passionate about your profession and have proven leadership skills
- You're compassionate towards others
- Bilingual is a bonus
