**About the Role:**
As a CBRE Lease Administration Supervisor, you will oversee a team that is responsible for administering and maintaining leases for a financial services client. **Candidate must be located within Eastern or Central time zones.**
This job is a part of the Lease Administration functional area which focuses on providing real estate portfolio administration, database management, accounts payable and receivable, and audit services.
**What You'll Do:**
+ Act as a liaison with clients, landlords, and tenants to ensure the payments of rent and property taxes are processed in a timely manner.
+ Point of contact for the transition for new accounts, existing accounts, and client critical issues related to payment transactions, lease terms, etc.
+ Manage the quality control review process for administered leases. Ensure verifications and updates meet the required lease related compliance and reporting.
+ Present weekly, quarterly, and yearly reports to management.
+ Resolve complex problems and identify appropriate approaches to existing solutions to accomplish team objectives.
+ May establish new techniques to ensure the team is able to meet its objectives.
+ Has a direct impact on the team objectives as well as the objectives of related teams.
+ Ensure personal and team outcomes have a positive impact on customer objectives.
+ Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Guide team through the application of basic knowledge of practices and procedures. Work to build consensus.
**What You'll Need:**
+ High School Diploma or GED with 5+ years of job-related experience. Previous shift manager or supervisory experience preferred.
+ In-depth understanding of a range of processes, procedures, systems, and concepts within own job function and basic knowledge of related job functions required.
+ Requires the ability to explain complex concepts or sensitive information.
+ Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
+ Excellent organizational skills with a master- level inquisitive mindset.
+ Exceptional math skills. Ability to calculate sophisticated figures such as percentages, discounts, and markups.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Lease Admin Supervisor position is $73,000 annually and the maximum salary for the Lease Admin Supervisor position is $88,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.
