Shipping & Receiving Office Clerk - 2nd shift

This is an office position in our shipping and receiving office for Second shift. M-F 4:30pm - 1:30am with possible overtime (1 hour lunch)
After training you will be added to the Saturday rotation schedule. It will not be every Saturday. Maybe one Saturday per month or per every 6 weeks.
Start Pay: $16 hr
Weekly attendance bonus is $2 hr
Job Description
- Checking in truck drivers.
- Entering inbound product into inventory.
- Completing outbound paperwork to provide drivers with Bill of Ladings.
- Updating trucking schedule.
- Communicating with warehouse employees via radio and email
Requirements:

Responsible for maintaining a pleasant and consistent flow in the daily operations of the shipping & receiving office by providing excellent customer service, communicating effectively with fellow employees and truck drivers. Efficiently and accurately completing all tasks related to the job position
This is a fast-paced office and requires patience and accuracy in all related job duties, plus great communication skills. Excellent attendance is expected, and some O/T may be required depending on warehouse schedule.
Previous office experience is preferred.
