We are looking for servers for our new, locally owned restaurant in Downtown Augusta, GA, Pineapple Ink Tavern! The restaurant is a modern take on a tavern with crafted libations and eats set in a unique artistic atmosphere. The person we are looking for is customer focus forward with exceptional attention to details providing exceptional customer service to ensure that all guests leave happy and are looking forward to returning. At least 2 years of experience with the below job duties is required. Experience with guest relations is required.

• Establishes restaurant business by surveying restaurant demand; providing exceptional customer service
• Attracts patrons by building relationships to promote a regular patron clientele
• Maintains operations by following policies and standard operating procedures
• Maintains patron satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food, beverage, and service offerings; initiating improvements; building relationships with all patrons.
• Maintains safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by following and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; complying with health and legal regulations
• Accomplishes company goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Developing menu knowledge to properly answer customers' food and drink questions and to be able to recommend menu items for a great dining experience
• Maintains a positive attitude and ability work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
