Vaco Atlanta is hiring a Project Engineer to a growing engineering company supporting mission-critical projects. This newly created, high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape projects from proposal through execution while building your career in a highly specialized field.

Role: Project Engineer
Location: Norcross
Job Type: Direct Hire
Onsite: 100% onsite
Compensation: $110,000 - $120,000 annually

What You'll Do:

Lead project planning, estimating, and proposal development for complex engineering projects
Review electrical drawings, schematics, and technical specifications
Coordinate with customers, vendors, manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams
Manage project schedules, budgets, deliverables, and client communication
Support technical reviews and engineering documentation in a regulated environment

What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
5 years of project engineering, estimating, manufacturing, or project management experience (10 years preferred)
Experience designing electrical systems—not just testing
Strong project management, estimating, and communication skills
