Salary: $60k – $80k + Performance Bonuses

CHIRINGA is a high-energy brand focused on hospitality and quality scratch-kitchen food. We are seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead operations, drive profitability, and mentor our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Finance: Treat our P&L like your personal bank account; master the dark arts of inventory and labor costs to ensure we’re making money, not magic beans.
• Leadership: Herding cats—err, staff. You’ll be responsible for recruiting, training, and building a dream team that actually wants to show up to work.
• Hospitality: Keeping the "good vibes only" energy alive by being everywhere at once, ensuring guests leave with a smile and maybe even a slight food coma.
• Compliance: Becoming best friends with health inspectors by keeping the ship running cleaner than a whistle and safe enough for your own grandma to dine here.

• Resilience: Must be able to dodge flying kitchen orders and keep your cool when the printer stops working.
• Communication: Expert at explaining "why" to the staff without sounding like their parent, and translating corporate speak into human.
• Mentorship: Gifted at turning "I"ve never done this before" into "I run this place" through hands-on coaching.
• Problem Solving: Master of defusing "hangry" guest situations with the speed of a ninja and the objectivity of a judge.
• Culture: Capable of making FOH and BOH actually like each other, which might be your biggest challenge.
• Agility: Able to make proactive, lightning-fast choices while keeping the guest experience from crashing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years GM/AGM experience in high-volume restaurants.
• Strong P&L, inventory, and labor management skills.
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills.
• ServSafe Manager certification.
