Remote :: Matillion ETL Integration Specialist - Energy & Utilities
Location: Remote with possible travel to Waltham, MA
Duration: 01 Oct 2025 - 03 Apr 2026
Travel Type: Partial Remote (expenses paid)

Job Requirements:
5+ years of hands-on experience with Matillion ETL/data integration platforms
Strong understanding of Energy & Utility domain data models, including asset management, meter data, billing, and customer information systems
Design and implement scalable data migration solutions using Matillion ETL tools
Analyze and map complex data structures from legacy systems to target platforms
Collaborate with business analysts and domain experts to validate data models and transformation logic
Experience with data migration projects, including source-to-target mapping, transformation logic, and validation
Proficiency in SQL, JSON/XML, and scripting for automation and data manipulation
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and data lakes is a plus
Excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
Document migration strategies, technical specifications, and post-migration validation plans
