With 30+ active bridge projects, this team self-performs cast-in-place walls, retaining walls, shoring, and structural concrete. The Role

We’re hiring a Project Manager to oversee multiple DOT bridge and structures projects. You’ll coordinate across divisions, support engineers and field staff, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and on budget. This is an opportunity to step into a leadership role where your expertise and mentorship will directly shape the future of Georgia’s infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple bridge/structures projects across Georgia
• Interpret plans, specs, and contracts; ensure quality and compliance
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and project documentation
• Coordinate materials, subcontractors, and delivery timelines
• Partner with Foremen, Superintendents, and engineers for daily execution
• Mentor and support junior engineers and field staff
• Drive safety, operational excellence, and cross-division collaboration

What We’re Looking For

• 5–10 years in heavy civil, bridge, or DOT structures projects
• Prior PM or Senior Project Engineer experience (DOT projects preferred)
• Strong knowledge of bridge methods, specifications, and materials
• Proven leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with project management tools (P6, Bluebeam, MS Office)
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent preferred
