Order Management Specialist - Americas
- Manage the day-to-day receipt and entry of orders from sales, ensuring completeness and accuracy prior to acknowledging orders
- Process and deliver sales orders following business guidelines including but not limited to new orders, renewals, and professional service orders
- Handles the administration and invoicing of customer contracts
- Complete and maintain supplier registration forms to ensure accurate and up-to-date contact and financial details with customers
- Serves as a liaison between Finance and Sales to assist with ad hoc questions & general operations support for Sales team
- Attends and actively participates in departmental meetings and calls
- Performs other tasks as required with Finance and cross-functional partners
- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- 3+ years of order management experience
- Knowledge of Order Entry and Purchase Order Systems
- Current understanding of GAAP including revenue recognition
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint).
- Salesforce CPQ and accounting software (Sage/NetSuite) preferred.
- Customer focused and high attention to detail
- Ability to communicate at different levels
- Ability to apply critical thinking skills to make sound decisions
- Proven time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
- Self-Motivated
