APP- Lead Surgical
- Graduate from a nursing program with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Master’s degree in Nursing, Required or
- Graduate of Physician Assistant program with current license for the Georgia State Composite Board. Required
- 1 year previous supervisory or lead experience. Preferred
- ACLS Upon Hire Required and
- BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and
- PA - Physician Assistant Licensed Physician Assistant in the State of Georgia. Updated NCCPA certification for PA’s. Upon Hire Required or
- ACNP - Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Licensed for Advanced Practice Nursing (ACNP, FNP, and WHNP) in the State of Georgia Upon Hire Required
