We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to lead our tax compliance and planning services for high-net-worth individuals and businesses. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and filing of federal, state, and local tax returns for individuals, S-Corps, C-Corps, partnerships, and trusts.
• Provide strategic tax planning and consulting services to minimize liabilities and ensure compliance.
• Review tax returns prepared by staff accountants for accuracy and adherence to GAAP and IRS regulations.
• Represent clients during audits and liaise with tax authorities as needed.
• Develop and implement tax-saving strategies for clients in real estate, international tax, and non-profit sectors.
• Stay current on tax law changes and advise clients on their impact.
• Mentor and train junior staff to foster growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or EA designation required .
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in public accounting with a focus on tax services.
• Strong knowledge of tax regulations for high-net-worth individuals and various business structures.
• Proficiency in tax software and accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, CCH Axcess).
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
