Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced AP Specialist with bookkeeping experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in 3-way matching, AP processing, accounting principles, bookkeeping, and account reconciliations. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while ensuring accuracy in financial records and reports.

Responsibilities:

• Process and maintain AP ensuring timely and accurate transactions.
• Manage multi-company books.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Daily cash reconciliation.
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements.
• Documenting process and procedures.
• Assist in audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations of financial activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience

• Minimum associate's degree in accounting.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in Quickbooks Online a must.
• Strong excel skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy in work output.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with management.
• Ability to work independently.
