About the Role:

The Intake Specialist is the first point of contact for prospective clients and plays a key role in growing the personal injury practice. This is a consultative role requiring strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to convert inquiries into clients by demonstrating care, knowledge, and trustworthiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming client calls, providing a professional and empathetic first point of contact.

• Conduct intake interviews to gather essential case details and assess fit for services.

• Guide potential clients through the consultation and attorney-client agreement process.

• Place reminder calls for scheduled consultations and follow-ups for missed or completed appointments.

• Route and monitor electronic documents related to new client onboarding.

• Maintain accurate client records in the firm’s systems.
  Demonstrate persistence and strong conversational skills to convert inquiries into retained clients.

• Provide ongoing follow-up with leads to ensure no opportunities are missed

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or intake roles preferred.

• Excellent communication and people skills.

• Empathetic, patient, and persuasive with clients.

• Organized and detail-oriented.
