Key Objectives

• Accurately input and update legal data and client records into our systems.
  
• Maintain organized digital and physical files to support legal operations.
  
• Collaborate with legal staff to ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  

Responsibilities

• Enter and update case information, client details, and legal documents into the company database with high accuracy.
  
• Verify data by comparing it to source documents and correcting any discrepancies.
  
• Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive legal information at all times.
  
• Organize and manage electronic and paper files to support legal team workflows.
  
• Assist with preparing reports and summaries based on entered data when required.
  
• Collaborate with legal and administrative teams to streamline data entry processes.
  
• Identify and escalate data inconsistencies or issues to appropriate personnel promptly.
  

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator or similar role, preferably within the legal services industry.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  
• Proficient typing skills with a high level of speed and accuracy.
  
• Familiarity with legal terminology and document types is a plus.
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  
• Comfortable working with database software and standard office applications (e.g., MS Office, legal management systems).
  
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification in data management or related fields is advantageous.
