Position Overview

We are hiring Door-to-Door Sales Representatives to generate new customers through direct, face-to-face interaction in residential neighborhoods.

This is a high-energy, field-based role where you will:

• Knock doors daily
• Speak with homeowners
• Present pest control services
• Close recurring service agreements

What You’ll Do

Door-to-Door Prospecting

• Canvass assigned neighborhoods daily
• Identify homes with pest control needs
• Initiate conversations with homeowners

Sales & Closing

• Educate customers on:
  • Common pest problems
  • Preventative treatment plans
  • Eco-friendly solutions
• Present service options and pricing
• Handle objections and close deals on the spot

Pipeline & Performance

• Track daily activity (doors knocked, conversations, sales)
• Follow up with interested homeowners
• Continuously improve through training and coaching

• Comfortable with door-to-door sales (REQUIRED)

• 100% Commission-Based (1099)
