Reliable and tech-savvy Level 1 IT Support Engineer to provide frontline support for end users across various technologies. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and delivering prompt, friendly technical assistance. Personality is key: Energetic and positive with good communication. This is in a Heathcare environment!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, or in person.

• Assist with basic phone, workstation, email, printers, TV, and cable troubleshooting.

• Set up and configure new user workstations, accounts, and access permissions.

• Monitor and respond to workstation issues and performance alerts.

• Troubleshoot and resolve common email and printer issues.

• Log and track all support requests using the IT ticketing system.

• Escalate more complex issues as needed.

• Support IT inventory and equipment tracking efforts.

• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a helpful, professional attitude.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of IT support experience or relevant coursework.

• Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and office equipment.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email clients, and Windows environments.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

• Willingness to learn and grow within a technical support role.
