Job Summary:

Morelli’s Ice Cream is seeking a Multi-Unit Manager to oversee multiple locations and drive performance across our growing brand.

This is a hands-on leadership role for a results-driven operator who can manage people, numbers, and daily execution. You will be responsible for ensuring each location meets performance targets while maintaining strong team culture and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee operations across multiple Morelli’s locations
• Drive sales growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
• Manage and control labor costs and food costs
• Hire, train, and develop store managers and team members
• Maintain brand standards and consistency across all locations
• Step into stores as needed to support operations and solve issues
• Identify and improve underperforming locations

Required Qualifications:

• Experience managing multiple locations OR a high-volume food service operation
• Strong understanding of P&L, labor %, and cost control
• Proven leadership and team development skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule , including nights and weekends
• Hands-on, accountable, and solutions-oriented mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in dessert, QSR, or fast-casual concepts
• Experience opening new locations or scaling operations
• Track record of improving store performance
