Clinical Application Specialist - Atlanta
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide expert knowledge and support for the companyâs clinical applications.
- Conduct training sessions for healthcare professionals on the use of clinical products.
- Collaborate with the sales team to demonstrate the clinical value of products to potential clients.
- Collect and analyze feedback from users to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the development and execution of clinical protocols for product implementations.
- Participate in clinical research projects and contribute to manuscript preparation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to clinical applications.
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to ensure the company remains competitive.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Life Sciences, Nursing, Healthcare).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to convey complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- 2+ years of experience in a clinical application or related healthcare role.
- Experience working with medical devices or clinical software is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ultrasound or imaging technologies is a plus.
- Previous experience in conducting training or educational programs is advantageous.
